Forest Hill Community Church is a local Christian faith community where people from all walks of life can enter into a relationship with God, follow the teaching of Jesus, and together make a difference in the world.
Relationship with God: The most wonderful thing in life is to have a real relationship with God. We can come into that relationship if we wholeheartedly put our faith and trust in Jesus. He came to make that relationship possible, through his earthly life, death on the cross, resurrection and ascension. We would love everyone to enjoy this experience, know the love of God, and receive eternal life.

Making a difference in the world: It is great to be able to make a difference in the world around us: in our family, through our friendship networks, down our streets, in our workplaces, in the local community and the wider world. We encourage this at FHCC, and provide support for people in their own various initiatives, as well as opportunities to make a difference in the community through local projects, as well as projects overseas.
Our Passions
Passion for God: We encourage everyone to grow in their love for God (Mark 12:30 “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, and all your strength”).
Passion for People: God wants us to demonstrate our love for him in the way we treat all the people we encounter. We need to have a passion for people, treating everyone in the way Jesus would, with love, respect, compassion, honesty, and humility (Mark 12:31 “Love your neighbour as yourself”).
Here For Good: We believe we are here to make a positive difference in this world, and spread God’s goodness (Acts 10:38 “God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and power, and he went about doing good and healing all who were under the power of the devil, because God was with him”).
